- A food scale for accurate tracking
- A body weight scale for body measurements

This approach builds confidence and independence long after the program ends.
EMWL supports a variety of goals, including body recomposition and muscle building. You'll receive nutrition guidance and training support tailored to your objectives, along with coaching to help you adjust as your goals evolve.
Our program is a macro-based approach to nutrition. You'll be taught how to track macros and how to determine or adjust your own targets over time. The goal is skill development, not long-term dependency.
The LevelUp Life Community is hosted in a private Skool community group. You will receive a private link to join our group upon purchase. You can access the Skool group from a PC or using an app on your phone or iPad.
EMWL is a one-time enrollment for the full 12-week program. There are no automatic renewals or surprise charges. After the program ends, you'll have the option to continue with additional coaching or community support, but only if it's the right fit for you.
EMWL is built around flexible nutrition using foods you enjoy. No special foods or supplements are required.
Many clients in EMWLhave additional considerations, including vegetarian or plant-forward diets, Hashimoto’s, PCOS, menopause, or other hormonal factors.
Coaching focuses on appropriate fueling, training, and recovery within the scope of nutrition and fitness education. Clients should continue working with their healthcare providers for medical guidance related to medical conditions.
